01-04-2024Wir haben den grossen Schlafsack (130cm) gekauft. Unser Sohn schläft seit Baby in einem Schlafsack von Zizzz und der Schlafsack ist mittlerweile so wichtig für ihn, wie für ein anderes Kind ein Plüschtier/Kuschetlier oder Nuggi. Ohne kann er kaum schlafen.
Wir lieben die Qualität von Zizzz. Das Kind hat immer schön warm, ist aber nie überhitzt.

08-02-2023Meine Kleine liebt es im Schlafsack. Sie kann sicher sehr gut drehen im Schlaf. Sie friert seit dem nicht mehr und wir müssen sie nicht mehr voll einpacken. Die Öffnungen sind sehr praktisch und man kann es dem Kind anpassen (Reissverschluss oben oder unten, Knöpfe eng oder locker). Am Stoff selber merkt man, dass es sich nicht nach Massenproduktion anfüllt sondern, dass es Qualität hat und Langlebigkeit. Das war ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei der Auswahl. Das Geld ist es definitiv wert. Das wohl meines Kindes ist mir wichtig. Auch im Schlaf.

Our sleeping bags are different from other sleeping bags on the market. Most are filled with synthetic polyester, but Zizzz sleeping bags are filled with wool. Wool's regulating properties help your baby sleep well and stay warm enough in winter, while still feeling comfortable in other seasons.
Why we use Swisswool instead of a synthetic filling for our four-season sleeping bags
Wool filling for sleeping bags offers several advantages over polyester filling. First, wool is a natural fibre from sheep, known for its outstanding insulating properties. It provides warmth while remaining breathable, allowing for effective regulation of baby's body temperature. Polyester, on the other hand, is a synthetic material made from petroleum products and doesn't share the same natural properties as wool.
Wool also has moisture-wicking properties, meaning it can absorb moisture from baby's body and release it into the air. This helps keep baby dry and comfortable during sleep. Polyester, being synthetic, doesn't have the same moisture-wicking capacity, which can lead to discomfort from trapped moisture.
Another advantage of wool is its ability to regulate body temperature. Thanks to its insulating properties, wool can keep baby warm in cold weather and cool in warm weather. That means your baby will feel comfortable in autumn, winter or spring. Polyester may not offer the same level of temperature regulation, which can lead to baby feeling too hot or too cold.

Durability is another area where wool clearly outperforms polyester. Wool is generally more resilient and can withstand frequent use and washing without losing its insulating properties. It also keeps its shape and loft over time. Polyester, on the other hand, can flatten or clump after repeated use and washing, which affects its original functionality.
The sleeping bag isn't a miracle worker either: on a hot summer day, your baby won't need it. It will, however, be useful on a cooler summer night. That means good coverage for almost the whole year.
