Which pillow suits me?
Wool pillow with Swisswool
The wool pillow comes in two parts: an inner pillow filled with wool balls, and an outer shell. Wool balls can be taken out or added, so you set the height of the pillow yourself. Why are the down pillows 85 % feathers and 15 % down?
Feathers give the pillow support, down makes it soft and plump. That is why Zizzz combines 85 % feathers with 15 % down in the down pillows: the pillow becomes soft without becoming too soft, and without lying flat by the end of the night.
A pillow with the ratio the other way round — mostly down — would be softer, but would collapse further under the head. That applies to the goose and the duck variant alike: both Zizzz down pillows use the same 85 % feathers to 15 % down.

Which pillow size do I need?
The size follows from your bed and from how you lie. Not every filling comes in every size:

Which pillow height suits my sleeping position?
The right pillow height depends not only on how you sleep but also on your shoulder width and how firm your mattress is. On a softer mattress the body sinks in further, so a lower pillow is often enough.
Side sleepers usually need a higher pillow, one that fills the gap between head and mattress — the broader the shoulders, the higher. The wool pillow with Swisswool can be set to exactly that height.
Back sleepers generally do well with a medium pillow height.

How do I adjust the height of a wool pillow?
Open the outer shell and take out the inner pillow. Remove wool balls if the pillow is too high, or add balls if it is too flat. Keep the balls you take out: what fits today can be different again after a change of mattress.
Where are the Zizzz pillows made?
