23-02-2022Leider ist der Pyjama für mein knapp 6 Monate altes Kind zu klein und vor allem viel zu eng - obwohl er mit 6-12 Monate/76 cm angeschrieben ist. Schade, dass ich das nicht wusste und eine Grösse grösser kaufte. -

20-10-2021Der Halsausschnitt ist sehr eng. Wir haben 110 gekauft, obwohl die Tochter erst 105 trägt. Schon jetzt passt der Kopf kaum durch die Öffnung.
Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist aber top. -

Pyjamas for children and babies - What should you look out for?
Dressing your baby or child correctly at night is particularly important, because healthy and restful sleep is essential for your child’s growth and development. A suitable pyjama can help your child to sleep peacefully and your child will wake up less often at night.
What temperature is right for babies and children?
Many parents tend to dress their baby too warmly, but babies can already regulate their temperature independently after the first few weeks. A room temperature of 16 to 18 degrees Celsius is ideal for babies and children.
You can check your baby's body temperature relatively easily by touching the back of the neck. If this is damp, the child is too warm. Pyjamas should keep babies warm, but there should be no accumulation of heat so that the baby does not sweat excessively while sleeping.
This is exactly why we have made our pyjamas for babies and children from breathable organic cotton. It is temperature regulating and can easily absorb moisture. In addition, our pyjamas offer enough space to romp around and ensure a relaxed sleep.
What sizes and colours are available?
Our children's pyjamas are available in 6 children's sizes and 3 adult sizes. One-piece pyjamas are available for babies and two-piece pyjamas for children. One-piece baby pyjamas can be worn by babies from 6 to 12 and 12 to 18 months.
Why are one-piece pajamas better suited for babies?
One-piece baby pyjamas can be opened faster at night and you don't have to take them off completely when changing diapers. Snaps are also easier to open and close than zippers and can be perfectly adjusted to the shape of the baby's head. One-piece pyjamas are difficult for babies to kick away and are less likely to slip than two-piece pyjamas.
In addition, babies are less likely to turn into the dangerous prone position because their freedom of movement is more restricted than with two-piece pyjamas. Our one-piece baby pyjamas have therefore been designed to provide optimum protection for your baby and keep him or her warm enough at the right temperature. Our pyjamas can also be perfectly combined with our sleeping bags for babies or duvets for children. The label on our pyjamas has been printed so that babies' sensitive skin is not irritated.
Parents can even order a pyjama with the same design for adults!
Two-piece pyjamas for children
We offer two-piece pyjamas in different sizes and can be worn by children from 12 months to 5 years. The two-piece pyjamas for children consist of a long-sleeved top and pyjama trousers with an elastic waistband.
Two-piece children's pyjamas are available in 3 cute designs and offer optimal freedom of movement for your child. Our two-piece pyjamas can also be ordered for adults.
Which material is best suited for children's pyjamas?
The right choice of material is extremely important, as baby skin is more sensitive and can be irritated more easily. That is why we use only natural materials for our pyjamas for babies and children, which are gentle to the skin and do not cause allergies.
In addition, a pyjama should keep your baby or child evenly warm, no matter what time of year it is. If your baby is wrapped too warm, there is a risk of overheating. The cooling mechanism does not yet work as well for babies as it does for adults and heat can build up.
As babies move around at night, they may kick down their pyjamas and become hypothermic. Since they do not yet react as quickly to temperature changes, this can be dangerous.
For our pyjamas we have therefore chosen pure organic cotton.
Organic cotton for pyjamas for babies and children
Organic cotton is extremely skin-friendly and does not cause any allergies or irritations. It is easy to care for and hard-wearing, which also makes organic cotton very durable.
Organic cotton is completely biodegradable and does not harm the environment. It is breathable and therefore prevents children and babies from sweating easily. It absorbs moisture very well and has a cooling effect on warm days and a warming effect on cold days.
GOTS-certified organic cotton
The GOTS seal is a worldwide leading standard for the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibres. With this seal, not only the products themselves but the entire production chain is controlled. In addition, the GOTS certification requires compliance with social criteria and environmental requirements.
No chemical additives such as dyes and pesticides are used in the production of our organic cotton, which makes our pyjamas for children and babies completely free of harmful substances and particularly gentle on delicate baby and children's skin.
When dyeing textiles, not only dyes are used, but often also heavy metals, softeners and solvents, which are not only harmful to the environment, but also irritate the skin. The textile industry is therefore one of the biggest polluters in the world.
In order to cause as little harm to the environment as possible, we use substances that come from nature and have not been chemically treated. In addition, we try to keep our transport routes as short as possible in order to reduce CO2 emissions.
