Um das Produkt noch besser zu machen, könnte der Verschluss unten nochmals überdacht werden. Aktuell muss der überlappende Teil eingeklappt werden, dieser kann jedoch verrutschen, wenn die Decke stark beansprucht wird. -

A percale duvet cover dresses your duvet in a tightly woven plain-weave fabric: smooth, matte and fine to the touch. At Zizzz it comes in several sizes, from children's beds to extra-large, in GOTS-certified organic cotton and always with a zip.
The size refers to the duvet and the cover – not the mattress. For a 160 × 210 cm duvet, choose a 160 × 210 cm duvet cover.
Which duvet cover size do you need?
From children's beds to wide double beds, each size has its own page with all available colours.

With a zip
All our percale duvet covers close with a zip along the bottom edge. It keeps the duvet securely in place and disappears out of sight once the bed is made. Close it before washing so it keeps its shape and does not snag the rest of the laundry.
Colours and designs
Our percale duvet covers are two-tone and reversible: white and grey, white and beige, beige and grey, white and teal, beige and teal, and grey and teal. There are also two white models with a trim, in beige or navy blue. Turn the cover over and your bed takes on a different look – not every size comes in every colour; the selection is shown on each size page.
Percale in brief
Percale is a tight plain weave with a 220 thread count. The fabric feels crisp, fine and matte, lets air through and softens with every wash. Everything about the weave, the comparison with satin and GOTS certification is on our percale bedding page.
Care: washing, drying, ironing
Percale can be washed at up to 60 °C. Close the zip before washing. Ironing is usually unnecessary: hang the cover well shaken out, or put it straight onto the duvet from the dryer.

Which duvet cover size do I need?
The size of your duvet, not your mattress. A 160 × 210 cm duvet needs a 160 × 210 cm cover. If in doubt, measure your duvet.
Which sizes are available in percale?
100 × 135 and 140 × 170 cm for children's beds, 140 × 200 cm as a compact single, 160 × 210 cm as the Swiss single size, 200 × 210 cm for a double bed, and 240 × 240 and 240 × 260 cm as oversizes.
How do the duvet covers close?
With a zip – on every percale model. Close it before washing so it keeps its shape.
What is the difference between percale and satin?
Percale is a plain weave with 220 TC: crisp, matte and airy. Satin is a sateen weave with 276 TC: smooth, soft and with a slight sheen. Both are made from certified organic cotton. There is a full comparison on our percale bedding page.
Are there matching fitted sheets and pillowcases?
Yes, in the same fabric and coordinated colours: our percale fitted sheets and percale pillowcases. The fitted sheets are plain, so you can match them to either side of the cover.
Can I wash percale at 60 °C?
Yes. Percale is machine washable at up to 60 °C and softens with every wash.
Does a percale duvet cover need ironing?
Usually not. Hang it well shaken out or put it straight onto the duvet from the dryer and it falls smoothly.
