Does a 65x100 cm pillowcase fit my pillow?
Measure your pillow lying flat from seam to seam, or check the label. If it measures 65 cm by 100 cm, this is the right size: a 65x100 and a 100x65 pillowcase are the same size; the order of the numbers makes no difference.
The size most often confused with it is 60x90 cm, common in French-speaking Switzerland. A 65x100 pillowcase on a 60x90 pillow is 5 cm too wide and 10 cm too long. Conversely, a 65x100 pillow does not fit a 60x90 pillowcase.
