Yes. Thanks to their two-part design, our Swisswool pillows let you add or remove filling from the inner pillow to adjust the thickness.

How do you adjust a Swisswool pillow?

Open the inner pillow and remove or add wool balls until you reach the height and support you want, then close it back up.

What size wool pillow should you choose based on your sleeping position?

Side sleepers generally need a higher, narrower pillow (40 x 60 cm), back sleepers a medium-height pillow, and stomach sleepers a very thin pillow.

How do you care for a wool pillow?

Air your wool pillow regularly and wash it according to the instructions on the label, avoiding overly frequent washing to preserve wool's natural qualities.
